Recommendations and private records stay on your device. Optional iCloud downloads use Apple PhotoKit. With your separate permission, coordinates from the two loaded batches can be sent to Apple one at a time for a more detailed place label. Apple address results stay in memory for up to 30 minutes and are cleared on backgrounding. Offline labels use our independent city reference; map tiles load only when you open details. Your photo access and settings determine what can be shown.
