PhotosMemory

Terms of use

What the app does

PhotosMemory helps you revisit, favorite, annotate and organize photos you may access, on your own device. Operator and contact details are in the privacy policy. The current personal edition is free to download and use. No account is required. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, ads, 100-photo trial allowance or paid unlock. Read-history capacity only manages local records; it is not a browsing allowance. You can continue browsing content permitted by your photo access and filters.

Permission and content rights

Rights in photos and notes remain with their respective owners. Access, organize and share only content you have the right to handle. Respect the privacy, likeness and other legal rights of people in photos. Photo or location permission is only used for the described features; it does not authorize us to publish your content, train cloud models on it or sell it.

Feature limits

Local albums are not Apple Photos albums. Removing local membership does not delete an original photo. Deleting an original through the More menu is a separate action that requires your choice and system confirmation; when iCloud Photos is enabled, deletion also affects other synced devices. App favorites do not change system favorites. Live Photos still show static frames. Videos passing sensitive-content checks can enter the mixed feed and play muted when settled. Autoplay can be turned off, or videos excluded using filters. Swiping away, locking or opening an overlay pauses playback. Recommendations are not a complete photo archive, and sensitive-content filtering is not a guarantee. Photo authorization, filters and iCloud availability can affect results. When no eligible photos remain, you can choose to revisit or rest. Every cold launch after force-quitting, process termination or restarting prepares new recommendations. A short absence can retain the current page while reducing media caches; returning after at least 30 minutes away prepares a new queue. Continuous viewing does not cause a refresh every 30 minutes. Refreshing the queue preserves reads, favorites, notes and settings and never weakens filters or read avoidance.

Records and sharing

Private notes, user-authored tags and album relationships have no cloud copy. The operator cannot restore them after you clear records or delete the app. Check the image before sharing. Sharing destinations have independent service rules. Do not use this app as the only storage for important documents.

License and statutory rights

Apps obtained from the App Store are licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains app-specific use and does not exclude mandatory consumer rights under applicable local law. The privacy policy does not replace system permission. Mandatory law prevails over any conflicting supplementary provision.

Help and contact

For usage questions, privacy requests or content-rights concerns, contact qmqx2026@163.com. Do not provide passwords, document numbers or your entire photo library. A support report can simply include app version, iOS version and non-sensitive steps to reproduce the issue.
